Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Gear Specifications: We make every effort to display the colors, dimensions, and details of our sports equipment (including football, soccer, and volleyball gear) as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and textures may vary depending on your screen settings.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity). If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Pricing: All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout.

3. Correct Use and Product Care Disclaimer

Appropriate Use: Our sports gear is designed strictly for its intended athletic and recreational purposes. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or equipment failure resulting from misuse, alteration, or neglect.
Product Longevity: It is the customer's responsibility to follow standard care guidelines (such as proper inflation pressures, moisture protection, and climate-controlled storage) to maintain the integrity of the equipment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses across Australia. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are subject to postal network delays.
Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Change of Mind: In addition to your rights under the ACL, we may offer a change-of-mind return policy on certain items, provided the gear is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within our specified return window. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty Items: If you receive equipment that has a manufacturing defect, structural failure, or stitching fault, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase and photos of the damage to initiate a claim under Australian Consumer Law.
